Chapter 55 - Kato

Chapter 55 of Sonder Stories has Jen and Brad joining Justin and Danny to talk about Kato Coffee Kölsch. Named after their son Kato who was adopted from Ethiopia, Kato is a light kölsch style beer brewed with Ethiopian coffee beans. Jen and Brad talk about the process of adopting Kato, how Kato was one of the first beers Chase ever pilot brewed before opening, and we learn a little bit more about Brad who has been selling Sonder beer for over two years now
